Mr. Ea is also a co-founder at AIT Consulting LLC and AIT Group LLC with more than 18 years experience in auditing, compliance, governance, accounting, finance, management, and consulting. He has served on the United Way Young Leaders Board and Chair a CobiT Development Group for ISACA International (worked on a Val IT project with Coca-Cola Enterprise) and previously as a Board and Executive Advisory Board Member for NAAAP (National Association of Asian American Professionals); Governance Vice President, Operations Vice President, Programs and Education Director for the ISACA Atlanta Chapter (www.isaca-atlanta.org). Ngy is also involved with Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), ITGI (IT Governance Institute) and CobiT Steering Committee via ISACA International.
Ngy has extensive technology management, accounting/finance, auditing and compliance experience, especially with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and internal controls. He has lead, implemented and assisted small, Fortune 1000, Fortune 500, Fortune 100 and multinational companies from various industries, such as manufacturing, technology, insurance, healthcare, banking, and transportation. In addition, Ngy has experience working with the Big 4 public accounting firms. Ngy has served as interim CIO, CFO and Audit Director for small businesses under $100 Million in annual revenue.
Previously, as a project manager for Norfolk Southern, Ngy performed full life cycle project management via SDLC methodology, including change control, change management, and issues and risk management. Assignments included BCP/DR sub-projects, an enterprise data management project, a real estate migration project, and a number of projects in PC/LAN and network services.
At other points in his career, Ngy was a migration engineer for SunTrust Bank, performed business analysis for Southern Company (via Inacom), and held various business analyst and financial underwriting and actuarial management positions with Aetna Health Plans and MassMutual Life Insurance Company.
